Planning now can make the transition home with your new baby happier, easier, and safer.
So often planning for the nursery, baby showers, pregnancy, and birth leaves little time for parents to actually think about what it will like to have an additional person living in their home soon.
Our postpartum planning class introduces the idea that you can prepare for the unknown that is parenthood by learning about what matters to you, as a parent, an individual and as a spouse/partner.
At the end of class, each family will be given a detailed 15 page document intended to help prepare for and plan how you intend to care for your newborn. Just like a birth plan, this plan is fluid and can be changed as often as you feel necessary.
