Join us for our monthly birth stories discussion group on the fourth Tuesday of the month at Restoring Balance!

This free event is open to anyone that was impact by birth and would like a safe, nonjudgemental space to share her or his feelings about that experience.  We believe that by surrounding yourself with a group of like-minded individuals, you will feel safe to process your feelings associated with your's, or someone's you love, birth.
