Postpartum Planning Class
We want to thrive as a new parent, not just survive.
Planning now for life with a new baby will make everyone happier, healthier and safer in the sometimes chaotic postpartum period. We will go over information about perinatal disorders in both men and women, as well as talk about how to effectively communicate with your partner and your extended family and friends about your needs during your postpartum recovery.
At the end of class, each family will be given a detailed 15 page document intended to help prepare for and plan how you intend to care for your entire family once baby arrives. Just like a birth plan, this plan is fluid and can be changed as often as you feel necessary.
