Becoming a Big Sibling

Being promoted to a Big Brother or Big Sister is quite the honor, but it also comes with some challenging feelings.

- How to hold a newborn
- Ways to help parents when the new baby arrives
- Jobs only for Mom and Dad when it comes to caring for the baby
- A special art project at the end of class!

During this 45 minute to one hour long class, we will read stories role play, and talk about how to be the best big sister or big brother possible!

Each Big Sibling that graduates from this fun and interactive class with receive a special sticker and be officially a Certified Best Big Brother/Sister.

While the kids are finishing their art projects, the parents will have a chance to go over how to get their older child excited about welcoming a new baby into their home, how to care for the older child during the birth, and a few tips to make the first few weeks and months run a bit more smoothly at home with a newborn and an older child.
