Pre-registration and payment for all classes and services is required and can be done so online. We do not accept walk-in appointments for individual or group appointments.

This also includes picking up items related to placenta encapsulation, or donations.

Pre-payment for all appointments is required. If we have not received payment by 24 hours prior to your service, your appointment will be cancelled.

Late arrivals may result in the session (for both individual session and group classes) being shortened to accommodate other clients.

• Individual Appointments: If you are running late, the length of your session may be impacted as your appointment will need to end at the schedule time. Your practitioner will wait for 15 minutes, and if you have not arrived by then, they may leave and you will be considered a no show and responsible for the full fee of the service.

• Group Classes: There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, but we do ask that you try to be as respectful to the other students in the class. We will leave a space for you at the back of room. Arrivals after 15 minutes will be considered a no show and responsible for the full fee of the service.

• Virtual Appointments: The Zoom will remain open for 15 minutes for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee that the practitioner will see you in the waiting room and you will be considered a no show and responsible for the full fee of the service.

• Drop Off/Pick Up Appointments: Due to the short appointment slot, if you are running more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule for a different time to ensure we do not impact other scheduled appointments.

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for notice as outlined below for each service. We do our best to accommodate our clients and practitioners in space, so if you have any questions, please reach out as needed.

• Massage Therapy, Lactation Services, Yoga Sessions, Private Classes and other private services (In-office and in-home): We understand that changes in your schedule may occur, but we can kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice via the online scheduler, email, or voicemail. For cancellations less than 24 hours and no show appointments, we will retain the full fee.

• TLN Covered Lactation Appointment : If cancellation is less than 24 hours or there is a no show, insurance will not be charged but an invoice for the full cost of the service will be sent to be paid with 48 hours of the missed appointment.

• Group Classes (Including Yoga): We try to be mindful of your schedules, but our group classes are dynamic and need the group atmosphere. Because of these, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours for in person classes and a minimum of 6 hours for virtual classes if you need to cancel or reschedule. For cancellations less than 24 hours and no show appointments, we will retain the full fee.

• Evidence Based Birth Class specifically: The 24 hour rule before the first class is still enforced, but there is no refund if the online access codes have been sent (usually sent the morning of the first class).

If you are sick or go into labor, these fees will be waived if at least 3 hours notice is given. A doctors note may be requested.

All in-home appointments have a 10 minute grace window for arrival and the arrival time of your provider will not cause a shortened session than what was schedule. If you provider is running more than 10 minutes late, they will reach out directly to you.

If you are running late, the session length may be impacted to accommodate other clients and travel time.

We ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel any in-home appointments. For cancellations less than 24 hours and no show appointments, we will retain the full fee.

If you do not call or email us, you are responsible for the full fee of the session for a group or individual appointment.

Cancelling or rescheduling under 3 hours of your appointment time qualifies as a no-show and you will still be responsible for the full fee of the service.

Less than 3 hour notice in times of sickness or going into labor are not exempt from the waived fess.

We want to keep everyone as safe as possible, but still very much value the in-person nature of our business. We ask that when you enter our space, you follow these guidelines:

• Masks are up to Provider and/or Client Discretion: If you feel more comfortable with masking during your session, please let your provider know. Mask are available in the office.

• Cancelation Fees: If you give us at least 4 hours notice that you or someone you live with is experiencing an illness or symptoms, we will waive all cancelation fees (a doctors note may be required).

• No Symptomatic Individuals: If you, or anyone in your household, have experienced illness symptoms, we ask that you do not come into the space.

• 10 Days Since Start of Symptoms: Per previous CDC guidelines, our clientele fall into the higher risk population (pregnant, newly postpartum and/or newborns), so we ask that if you have tested positive, you refrain from coming into our office until it has been a minimum of 10 days since the start of symptoms.

• Industrial Grade Purifiers: We have invested in high quality air purifiers to run the entire time anyone is present in the space

• Cleaning Between Clients: We will thorough clean between clients to ensure all high touch surfaces are safe.
