How the Class Is Structured

This is a 4-hour certification course designed specifically for birth workers and in-home care professionals who need both competence and credibility.

  • Certification-focused training: Curriculum follows American Heart Association standards for CPR, AED, and First Aid

  • Hands-on skills practice: You’ll actively practice techniques on manikins to build muscle memory and confidence

  • Scenario-based learning: Realistic situations tailored to doulas, postpartum work, and in-home care environments

  • Skills testing & certification: Leave with an official certification upon successful completion

Please note, this is a CPR certifying class and is priced per person. Doulas, nannies, caregivers, and parents who would like to be CPR Certified are encouraged to this class. If you are new parent looking for the basics, but do not need to certified, we recommend you look at our CPR for New Parents class
