Community Doula Fund
Donation Based Doula Support Open to the Community
We strongly believe that every person deserves a doula, while also valuing the doulas time. We also advocate for doulas to earn a living wage while working and following their passion of support folks in the perinatal period. Our Community Fund was born from our desire to provide this support to both client and doula.
Each client will receive the same level of support that everyone can expect from CBW, and each doula will be paid for their time. It truly is a win-win for each person, and fulfills our model of care that both client and doula is supporting every step of their journey.
Apply For Doula Support
Applying to receive a portion of doula support is based on needs of the client and availability. Applicants will be eligible for birth and/or postpartum support.
Donation Based
Our community fund is made of donations from the community for the community. These donations can either come from a monetary donations or donation of unused postpartum doula hours. We are not a non-profit so these donations cannot be tax deductible, but we hope that is not a barrier for those donating.
